FALL AND WINTER weather puts a zest in the air which turns a seemingly bland day for photos into a magical time of making memories. Not only are the dogs jumping with joy, everyone gets a little extra zip in their personalities. The photos become more moment focused rather than session focused. It's the time of the year when people are thinking of family and friends. Photos make the perfect HELLO GIFT, whether displayed in your home or given as a gift. 

We value the memory that is being captured and will make sure your photos reflect what you want out of the photo sessions. Whether it's your frisky dog being crazy or the kids having fun, a newly engaged couple or your first Winter with a new baby, we understand how important it is that you have made a decision to get professional portraits for the season.

FALL PORTRAIT SESSIONS: Client is guaranteed up to 30 minutes per session, maximum 5 people per time slot. Friendly dogs can join in!  A $60 per person additional fee for 6-10 people. Over 10 people is a large group rate, please call for details.

CANCELLATION/POSTPONEMENT: You may cancel up to 72 hours before your session. (you must call me to cancel). Mini Sessions are non-refundable due to the limited number of sessions.

My goal is to get you your photos. You may try to reschedule and do so, IF, another time slot is free. Further, please see Weather Cancellation accommodations below. Do not rely on the webpage for this, check directly with the photographer. Client must be ready at scheduled time. A late fee of $50 is charged if clients/group are not ready.

PRODUCTS RECEIVED: Client will receive up to 3-5 digital downloads (poses) per session. Digitals are for personal purposes only. Clients can use for Holiday Cards and other similar personal purposes. 

WEATHER: Client and Photographer will try to reschedule 3 times within the month of December 2023. IF it is not rescheduled after 3rd attempt, deposit is forfeited. 

COOPERATION/NO SHOWS: Client will arrive a few minutes early due to short shooting window. Photographer is not responsible if Client and/or key individuals fail to appear or cooperate during portrait sessions, or show up too late to be worked in past open scheduled hours as listed on the event page. If photographer must shoot past available hours on specific session page, a $50 late fee will be charged.

COPYRIGHT: All images are copyrighted and remain the property of Claire Archer Photography. Clients may print up to a 5x7 photo size.

CLIENT’S USAGE: Client is obtaining digitals only for Holiday Card making or social media purposes that are for personal use only, and shall not sell said prints or authorize any reproductions. A print release is needed for any prints over a 5x7 print size. We do offer the purchase of Professional Archival type printing and framing in larger sizes.

COMMERCIAL AND BRANDING USAGE: FALL sessions are not meant to be purposed for professional use. If that is your wishes, please contact me and we can discuss such a session that fits your needs.
